These words are ones I’d say fuel my every ambition and being at Carver. I go to Carver because of the emphasis on individuality and progressive creation while still promoting teamwork and innovation. Carver’s words mean so much to me because I am so proud to go to a school that represents those exact words in every class I take, especially in my prime classes. Creating new ideas and ways of thinking and doing are a vital part of my learning and me as a person. These words, while maybe not verbatim, remind me of why I love doing what I do so much, why acting is a passion of mine.

I am always someone who is actively thinking about what I could do to be better and make an impact on the world with things I love like singing and performing and Carver’s words and my song reflect this because they both share the common theme of bringing in the new with still honoring what we are currently in and thinking about since that is the stage and state of mind we are in in the present. So my song is me kind of playing and putting out how my mind and presence has changed since I was younger while still keeping certain parts like that creative playful and kind of childish mind.
