SUPPORTING arts and technology to expand minds.

Carver Center Foundation is a Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology. The Foundation’s roles include serving as Carver Center’s parent-teacher organization (but, unlike other PTOs, we don’t charge dues), as its Sports Boosters club, and as a home for Carver Center’s alumni activities. We proudly advocate for the entire Carver Center community!

Our primary mission is to raise funds and award grants to support all 11 of Carver’s Primes and Carver’s outstanding academic departments. Our goal is to enhance the funding provided by Baltimore County Public Schools to ensure that Carver’s students, faculty, and programs have the resources they need to thrive and to expand upon the excellence and innovation that define Carver Center.

At the heart of our work is our belief in the transformative power of arts and technology and our deep desire to support the creative energy of Carver’s students and faculty. We are at all times committed to removing barriers so that all of our students without exception can explore their creativity, express their unique voices, and realize their full potential in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

Private support is essential to fulfilling our mission. Every contribution – no matter the size – has a meaningful impact. Please join with us to empower the next generation of artists, thinkers, and innovators!
